Sunday 8th Nov 2009 - Long Run 12 miles

Left the house at approx 8am. Todays objective was to run for approx 90 mins at my easy pace which keeps my hear rate between 145 - 150 bpm so this converts to my current pace of 7:10 - 7:25 per min per mile. I actually ran for just over 12 miles in 1hr 25mins im happy with this as i know it was at a very steady pace they call conversational. Weather wise the wind was North to South at approx 35kmph with a slight drizzle.
